Adding to this comprehensive range of public services is a selection of private medical practices as well as a range of allied health services including dietetics, occupational therapy, pathology, pharmaceutical, physiotherapy, radiography, speech pathology, social work, mental health, chiropractic, optometry and dental. Aged care facilities are catered for with Ningana retirement village as well as Karingal aged care facility. The proposed $3.3M Goondir Health Services Medical Centre will expand the area's health facilities as well as provide further support to the local indigenous community.
