IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TENANTS : AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCIES

In the event of a life-threatening emergency (eg. fire) please call 000.

For tenancy related emergencies that occur after-hours (eg. after 5pm or on weekends) please call 0477 084 896 or email emergency@dalbyrealestate.com.au

Examples:
blocked toilet drain causing raw sewage to flow back into your house/flat or yard;
burst water pipe - please attempt to shut off the water to the property before calling/emailing;
electrical short-outs or persistent tripping of the safety-switch (please be aware that you may be responsible for an after-hours call out fee if electrical problems are caused by your appliance/s).

DO NOT USE THE EMERGENCY AFTER-HOURS CONTACT DETAILS TO REPORT GENERAL MAINTENANCE!

If you require general maintenance to be attended to (eg. dripping tap) please print out the maintenance request form below and bring it into our office during business hours, fax to 07 4662 1105 or email it to rentals@dalbyrealestate.com.au.
